At Vida & Co we want you to be as happy as possible with the items you have purchased from our store. If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to read through the FAQ or email email@example.com prior to making your purchase, we are more than happy answer any questions you might have.
I ordered the wrong size?
We are happy to exchange sizes provided we have one available in stock. All returns must be sent back in original condition, with tags attached, be unworn/unused and in the original packaging. A store credit will be issued if we cannot offer a size exchange. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. For exchange enquiries please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number. Please ensure items are returned via courier as we accept no responsibility for items lost in the post. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for product exchanges. The cost of shipping returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for a return form.
Please note: we do not accept exchanges on clearance/outlet items, please choose carefully.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns/exchanges from international deliveries.
I received the wrong item/size?
While we take extra care when packing your order, occasionally we make mistakes. If you have received the wrong item or size please contact us at email@example.com to arrange for the correct item to be sent immediately.
My item is faulty?
All items are thoroughly checked before being packaged and sent to you, however on the very rare occasion a fault is found please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve. We are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or full refund for faulty items. All claims are subject to our discretion. We will gladly cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items, please contact us to arrange. If your parcel arrives damaged please contact us immediately.
